Batch Office to PDF — FAQ

How do I convert several Office files to PDF at once?

Drop your Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files onto the page — or a whole folder — then click Convert all. Each file is converted to PDF one by one, and when they finish you click Download ZIP to get them all in a single archive.

Which formats can I convert?

Word (.doc, .docx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), plus OpenDocument (.odt, .odp, .ods) and .rtf. The file type is detected automatically, so you can mix documents, slides, and spreadsheets in the same batch.

Will the PDF look exactly like the original?

Conversion uses LibreOffice — the same engine behind our single-file Office to PDF tools. For typical documents the result is faithful, but unusual fonts, macros, or very complex layouts can shift slightly, so check anything formatting-sensitive.

Is there a size or count limit?

Up to 20 files per batch, each up to 5 MB. For a file larger than 5 MB, use the single-file Word to PDF, PPT to PDF, or Excel to PDF tool, which handles bigger files.

Are my files uploaded, and is it free?

It's free with no account. Office conversion runs on our own server, so each file is sent there, converted to PDF, and returned — it is not stored or kept afterwards.
