Drop your spreadsheets onto the page — or a whole folder — then click Convert all. Each .xls or .xlsx is converted to PDF one by one, and when they finish you click Download ZIP to get them all in a single archive.
Both modern .xlsx and legacy .xls, plus OpenDocument spreadsheets (.ods). For mixed batches of Word, PowerPoint and Excel together, use the general Office to PDF tool instead.
Conversion uses LibreOffice and follows each sheet's print area and page setup, so very wide spreadsheets may split across pages just as they would when printing. Set the print area or scaling in Excel first if you need everything on one page.
Up to 20 files per batch, each up to 5 MB. For an Excel file larger than 5 MB, use the single-file Excel to PDF tool, which handles bigger files.
It's free with no account. Office conversion runs on our own server, so each file is sent there, converted to PDF, and returned — it is not stored or kept afterwards.
