Batch PowerPoint to PDF — FAQ

How do I convert several PowerPoint files to PDF at once?

Drop your PowerPoint files onto the page — or a whole folder — then click Convert all. Each .ppt or .pptx is converted to PDF one by one, and when they finish you click Download ZIP to get them all in a single archive.

Which PowerPoint formats are supported?

Both modern .pptx and legacy .ppt, plus OpenDocument presentations (.odp). For mixed batches of Word, PowerPoint and Excel together, use the general Office to PDF tool instead.

How do the slides come out in the PDF?

Each slide becomes one full PDF page, in order, using LibreOffice — the same engine as our single-file PPT to PDF tool. Speaker notes and animations aren't included; the PDF captures the final look of each slide. Unusual fonts or very complex layouts can shift slightly, so check formatting-sensitive decks.

Is there a size or count limit?

Up to 20 files per batch, each up to 5 MB. For a PowerPoint file larger than 5 MB, use the single-file PPT to PDF tool, which handles bigger files.

Are my files uploaded, and is it free?

It's free with no account. Office conversion runs on our own server, so each file is sent there, converted to PDF, and returned — it is not stored or kept afterwards.
